Terms and Conditions for Canine Hoopers Classes

By booking a canine hoopers class, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

1.1 All course bookings are 6 week blocks, 1-2-1 sessions are individual sessions. Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer.
1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
1.3 Payments are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the organiser.
1.4 If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather), an alternative date or credit will be offered.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

2.1 If you need to cancel, you must provide at least 1 weeks notice. Only cancellations made before this period may be eligible for a reschedule or credit.
2.2 No-shows or late cancellations (within 48 hours) will not be refunded or rescheduled.
2.3 If we cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a refund or reschedule.

3. Dog Health & Welfare

3.1 All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and in good health to participate.
3.2 Dogs showing signs of illness (e.g., coughing, diarrhea, vomiting) must not attend.
3.3 Female dogs in season may not be allowed to participate—please check with the organiser.
3.4 Handlers must inform the instructor of any behavioral issues or medical conditions before booking.

4. Handler Responsibility

4.1 Handlers must keep their dogs under control at all times.
4.2 All dogs must remain on a lead unless instructed otherwise.
4.3 Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
4.4 The use of harsh handling, choke chains, prong collars, or e-collars is strictly prohibited.

5. Safety & Liability

5.1 Participation is at your own risk. The organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the class.
5.2 Owners accept full responsibility for any damage or injury caused by their dog to people, property, equiptment or other dogs.
5.3 Suitable footwear and clothing should be worn by handlers.

6. Photography & Media

6.1 We may take photos/videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us before the session.

7. Data Protection

7.1 Any personal data provided during booking will be kept secure and only used for class-related communication.

By booking a class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
